SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Apex Pottery. We take great care in preparing and packaging our ceramic goods so they arrive safely at your door.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment as quickly as possible. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, weekends, holidays, and product availability.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

FLAT-RATE SHIPPING

Apex Pottery offers flat-rate shipping on orders placed through our website.

The applicable flat shipping rate will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. The shipping rate is not calculated based on the actual carrier cost of shipping your individual order.

Any available shipping promotions or free-shipping offers will be subject to the terms stated at the time of the promotion.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside of Apex Pottery's control.

Apex Pottery is not responsible for carrier delays, but we will do our best to assist if you experience an issue with your shipment.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please carefully review your shipping information before submitting your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Apex Pottery is not responsible for packages that are delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly because of an inaccurate or incomplete address provided by the customer.

PACKAGING

Because ceramic goods are fragile, we carefully package each order to help protect it during transit.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure your order is properly protected before it leaves Apex Pottery.

DAMAGED OR BROKEN ITEMS

While we take great care when packaging our ceramics, damage can occasionally occur during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us promptly after delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the damage
Photos of the damaged item
Photos of the shipping box and packaging
A photo of the shipping label

Please keep the damaged product and all original packaging until your claim has been resolved.

After reviewing the damage, Apex Pottery may provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your tracking information shows that your package is still in transit beyond the estimated delivery date, please allow additional time for the carrier to complete delivery.

If you believe your package has been lost, please contact us so we can help determine the appropriate next steps.

If tracking shows that an order was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location and with household members, neighbors, building management, or others who may have accepted the package.

We may also ask you to contact the shipping carrier regarding a package marked as delivered.

RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to Apex Pottery because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or another issue outside of our control, additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests that the order be shipped again.
