4. HANDMADE CERAMIC GOODS

Handmade ceramics naturally vary from piece to piece.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Apex Pottery carefully packages ceramic goods to help protect them during shipping.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Apex Pottery is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

8. DAMAGED OR BROKEN ITEMS

Because ceramics are fragile, damage can occasionally occur during shipping despite careful packaging.

If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact Apex Pottery promptly after delivery.

We may ask you to provide photographs of the damaged item, shipping box, interior packaging, and shipping label.

Please keep the damaged item and original packaging until the issue has been resolved.

After reviewing the damage, Apex Pottery may provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

9. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges are subject to the Return Policy posted on our website.

Items must meet the requirements of our Return Policy to qualify for a return or exchange.

Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or improperly cared for may not qualify for a return or exchange.

Decorative ceramic products should not be used to serve or store food or beverages unless they are specifically identified as suitable for that purpose.

Customers are responsible for using products according to their intended purpose and provided care instructions.
